I always wanted to use it but it never really worked out before. Because a) for me it is a British thing. I don't like it when an American in a story calls someone 'love'. *shrugs* It just seems wrong; and b) Davy calling Mike 'love'? Naaaah, not really! (although I might have used it once or twice but I don't think so.) And it just worked perfectly with Carl calling Adam that. At least for me. And for you, too, as it looks. *yay*
